A bidet seat for your existing toilet.
A bidet seat replaces a conventional toilet seat, adding warm-water washing, drying and seat heating. You can keep your ceramic bowl if its shape, dimensions and the available connections suit the device.

FULL SIDE CONTROL PANEL
CRYSTAL
The buttons stay in a fixed position beside the seat, with no remote to look for. The unit is 51 cm long and 46 cm wide including its side panel.
Both models are 14.3 cm high with a 30 × 20.4 cm seat opening.Compatibility also depends on fixing holes, bowl shape and a flat rear surface.
02 / COMFORT WITHOUT A SEPARATE BIDET
Washing, drying and a heated seat.
The main functions are available on the remote or panel.
Select a wash, adjust the settings and use the dryer. The shared manual explains how to operate both models.
Warm-water washing
Front and rear washing with instantly heated, flowing water. A warm spray from the first contact with your skin, without a hot-water storage tank.
Air drying
Start the air dryer after washing and choose the air temperature. A convenient way to reduce toilet-paper use.
Heated seat
Set the seat temperature to your preference. The warm seat provides comfort from the moment you sit down.

Measure the bowl before choosing a seat.
Remove the existing seat and measure the ceramic bowl. RUBINE and CRYSTAL need an oval shape and a flat rear surface.

04 / INSTALLATION AND DAILY CARE
A straightforward upgrade, with the right connections.
The unit replaces your existing seat using the mounting plate included in the set.
The work required depends on whether cold water and a suitable electrical socket are already available beside the WC.
Check the fit
Measure the bowl and the space behind and beside it. Make sure the mounting plate and rubber supports can sit correctly on the ceramic surface.
Prepare water and power
For RUBINE and CRYSTAL, water is prepared on the left and power on the right when facing the toilet. Follow the manual for the precise position and connection method.
Fit and check
The installer fixes the mounting plate, attaches the unit and connects the water as instructed. They then check for leaks, stability and correct operation.
On a close-coupled WC, a connection near the flush cistern can be used. If there is no dedicated cold-water outlet beside the toilet, an installer can assess a supply from a basin or washing-machine connection, choosing a suitable branch and hose route to meet the device’s requirements.
Straightforward everyday care.
Use a soft cloth and cleaning products allowed in the manual. Clean accessible nozzle parts and check the inlet filter. Do not drench the unit or use harsh chemicals on electrical components. Automatic nozzle rinsing complements periodic manual care.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Does a bidet seat fit every toilet?
No. The bowl shape and all dimensions must match. A raised rear section, unsuitable bowl opening or insufficient panel clearance can prevent installation even if the fixing holes align.
Does the lid open automatically?
RUBINE and CRYSTAL have a soft-closing seat and lid. This is not powered opening. If you want automatic opening, consider a smart toilet equipped with that feature.
Does the seat flush the bowl automatically?
No. The seat adds washing and comfort features but does not replace the existing cistern. Flush the bowl using its usual button or mechanism.
Is a hot-water connection required?
No. The seat connects to cold water and heats it instantly as it flows. There is no heated-water storage tank.
Can the seat be removed after installation?
Yes. The unit can be released from its mounting as described in the manual, making the bowl easier to clean. For servicing, wait for instructions from our service team before removing it.
