Intelligent temperature adjustment
When enabled, this feature adjusts seat, water and air temperatures to the ambient temperature.
ECO and quiet modes
ECO lowers the seat temperature while the toilet is idle. Quiet mode turns off audible signals.
Seat sensor
The sensor detects when the seat is occupied and enables the cleansing functions during use.

A wall-hung smart toilet needs a frame with a flushing cistern, a cleansing-water supply and electrical power. Plan these connections before finishing the wall.
Concealed cistern frame
Standard 180 mm fixing centres and a horizontal waste outlet.
Cold water
Provide a dedicated pressurised cold-water connection for the cleansing system.
220 V power supply
Prepare an electrical cable with proper earthing, following the installation manual.
How does flushing work?
Use the wall button for standard flushing. Automatic flushing, remote flush control and flushing linked to the foot sensor require a separately available dedicated Major&Maker frame.
The pre-wetting function also requires this connection.
