Washing uses fresh mains water heated inside the device. Choose a front or rear wash and adjust the temperature and spray strength. After washing, use the air dryer while remaining comfortably seated.

Wall-hung smart toilet
The ceramic bowl mounts on a concealed frame. This leaves the floor easy to clean and hides the flush cistern within the wall. A separate cold-water supply for washing and an electrical connection are required.
LUXURIOUS floor-standing toilet
A complete unit with integrated flushing and no concealed cistern. A solution for bathrooms where a frame is not planned. It requires a suitable waste connection, power and sufficient mains water flow.
Want to keep your existing toilet bowl? A bidet seat may be an alternative, once its fit and the bathroom connections have been checked.

04 / PREPARE YOUR BATHROOM
A good installation starts before you buy.
Installation is similar to fitting a conventional toilet, with the addition of a washing-water connection and an electrical supply.
Share the chosen model’s manual with your installer before work begins.
Cold water
A separate connection for washing. On a floor-standing model, also check the flow needed for flushing.
Static pressure alone does not indicate the available flow rate.
Electrical supply
An earthed socket and a suitably protected circuit in line with the manual. Your installer should position connections to suit the bathroom.
Any WC frame
Our wall-hung toilets fit all WC frames. Allow room for the device and lid opening. The floor-standing LUXURIOUS does not require a frame.
Our wall-hung toilets fit all WC frames. In models with automatic flushing, this function is provided only when paired with a dedicated Major&Maker frame. With a frame from another brand, flushing is operated manually using that frame’s flush button.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY
A few useful answers.
Does a smart toilet replace a bidet?
Yes. Washing is available directly at the WC, so there is no need to move to a separate bidet or make room for one.
Does every model flush automatically?
No. Automatic flushing is available on selected models. For wall-hung toilets it works only with a dedicated Major&Maker frame. SUPERIOR and SUPREME do not support this function.
What happens during a power cut?
Washing, drying and other electrical functions need power. Flushing depends on the device and frame mechanism. Check the emergency operating procedure in the manual for your combination.
Does a smart toilet need special installation?
The basic fixing process is similar to a conventional toilet. Cold water for washing, power and the waste connection must follow the manual. For a floor-standing model, also check that mains water flow is sufficient for flushing.
Can I use my existing concealed frame?
Yes. Our wall-hung toilets fit all WC frames, including those already installed. Flushing is operated using the existing frame’s flush button. For automatic flushing, choose a model with this function and a dedicated Major&Maker frame.
How do I care for a smart toilet?
Clean the ceramic bowl, seat and accessible nozzle parts as directed in the manual. Use suitable products, check the inlet filter and run the descaling programme where fitted. Keep water away from electrical components.
Can children use the device?
Selected models have a child programme. Choose suitable settings and follow the manual’s supervision requirements. Show users who need assistance the STOP function and basic controls.
